Dolan Bloom - Co-Creator/Producer/Executive producer

Dolan is an actor, improvisor, and producer living in Washington Heights. He conceived and developed Sublets with Caitlin Morris in spring 2014 and seeing it come together was quite literally a dream come true. Sublets was a foray into uncharted territory in terms of writing (although he can't take much credit for Sean Murphy's brilliance) and producing. He learned so much as the show took shape and had a complete blast! Additionally, this spring he co-produced the world-premier of the one-woman show, See You at the Funeral! at LaMama Experimental Theatre Club in the East Village.  In addition to producing, he performs long-form improv around the city whenever he can. Currently he can been seen/heard in nationally airing commercials for Bryant & Stratton College, Chobani, and for He is a graduate of Otterbein University where he received a BFA in Musical Theatre.

Caitlin Morris - Co-Creator/Producer/Executive Producer

Caitlin is a current cast member of the raucous Off-Broadway show Drunk ShakespeareIn the city, she has also appeared at the United Solo Festival (in a sold-out run of Gina Femia's Happily Never Ever), 24-Hour Plays: Nationals, HERE Arts Center, The Brick, Ars Nova ANT Fest, Dixon Place, Rattlestick Playwright's Theater's F*!cking Good Plays Festival, in numerous TinyRhino Productions, and in New Saloon's Minor Character: Six Translations of Uncle Vanya at the Same Time at the Public's Under the Radar Festival. Regional: Williamstown Theatre Festival (workshop of Love's Labours Lost with Alex Timbers, Valley of Fear directed by Lila Neugebauer), Contemporary American Theatre Company, Arrow Rock Lyceum, Dixie Theatre and Parrish Art Museum (Kurt Vonnegut's Galapagos). Samuel Froeschle - Producer/Executive Producer

Samuel Froeschle is a Producer and Art director.  Over the past years he has maintained focus in television specifically in the art department.  In just 2015 he Art Directed 21 episodes combined of HBO's Girls, season 5 and NBC's hit show Blindspot, season 1 after Assistant Art Directing two pilots, Showtime's Billions and NBC's Blindspot.  In addition he developed and produced 8 episodes of a new series, Sublets.  He has been developing a pilot, Avenues, prepping to shoot in the summer of 2016.  He holds an Art Director's Guild award for Excellence in Production Design for his work as a Set Designer on Bonnie & Clyde; Dead & Alive, and has two Daytime Emmy's for his work on the recent revival of the Soap Operas One Life to Live and All My Children.
In the past few years he has gained extensive experience managing and budgeting complicated logistics with limited resources in the fast paced schedules of episodic television.   He has worked for multiple Tony and Emmy award-winning designers gaining a strong understanding of film and television design.  Between Girls and Blindspot he was responsible for roughly two million dollars in construction and paint budgets.  His credits include but are not limited to Netflix's Daredevil, HBO's Girls, season 4 and Crime, SONY, History Channel & Lifetime's Bonnie & Clyde; Dead & Alive, FX's The Americans, NBC Live's The Sound of Music Live!, and the M.P.A.S.' 86th Annual Academy Awards.  

BADMOUTH FILMS - Production Company

Badmouth is a new NY-based company that develops, produces and sells independent feature films, documentaries, as well as network and reality television shows. Badmouth Films is owned and managed by CEO, Patrick Gibbons, CFO, Jason Stant, and COO, Samuel Froeschle. Gibbons, Stant & Froeschle collectively have over 45 years of professional experience in the film and television industry and have worked closely with such industry leaders as HBO, Sony, Lionsgate, NBC, ABC, CBS, and Showtime. Badmouth Films has established an impressive track record working on several successful projects including: The Sopranos, White Collar, Spider Man II, Supertroopers, Stoker, Our Idiot Brother, The Woodsman, Silent House, Jack Goes Boating, The Squid and the Whale, Daredevil, Bonnie and Clyde, The Americans, 86th Annual Academy Awards, The Sound of Music Live, and Girls.

Tricia Brouk - Director/Executive Producer

Tricia is currently attached to direct and choreograph the Broadway-bound musical about Johnny Carson. She recently directed the series Sublets and choreographed six episodes of Black Box on ABC starring Kelly Reilly. Tricia received a Golden Thumb award from Roger Ebert for her choreography in Romance and Cigarettes, John Turturro’s feature film where she worked closely with James Gandolfini, Susan Sarandon, Kate Winslet, Christopher Walken, Bobby Canavale, Steve Buscemi, and Eddie Izzard. Her choreography can also be seen on The Affair, on HBO, as well as Dennis Leary’s Rescue Me and Lasse Hallstrom’s The Hoax, starring Richard Gere, and a short film called Rolling In The Ring Of Fire. Her choreography is also featured in Bosch and Capitol One Commercials.
Tricia has written, directed and choreographed Dancing Through It at The Cherry Lane Theater in New York City, Committed, which had a sold-out run at The West End Theater in New York City and City Repertory Theater in Florida as well as the stage version of 50 Shades of F****D Up: A Musical Parody, produced at The Red House Theater in Syracuse, Sophie’s on Broadway and Stage 72 in NYC.

Tricia is a member of The Screen Actors Guild, The Stage Directors and Choreographers Society, Dramatists Guild of America, New York Women in Film and Television, and The League of Professional Women in Theater.


Sean Murphy is New York based Actor/Writer, originally from Dallas, TX. His play, The Starter, won the FringeFavorite award at the 2015 New York Fringe Festival. Sean is a graduate of Otterbein University, where he received his B.F.A. in Acting. Alongside Sublets, Sean is workshopping The Philmore, to be premiered early next year. He could not be more excited to be working on this hilarious project. 

Patrick Ginnetty - Director of Photography

Patrick Ginnetty is a director/cinematographer based out of New York City. He's been making films ever since he stole the family video camera in sixth grade. Patrick has had experience filming a wide variety of projects including narrative feature/short films, documentaries, music videos, and commercials. 

Kevin Pazmino - Associate Producer

Kevin Pazmino, a name within the Indie scene in New York City, has always prided himself on refining his leadership skills. From his successful features like Frozen RiverEuropa Report, and The House that Jack Built, to his new series Motor City High, Kevin has always sought to diversify the types of production formats he has worked on, in order to become a better and more efficient leader. Kevin strives to elevate web, film and TV production to the next level.  

Stephanie Osin Cohen - Production designer

Stephanie Osin Cohen is a production designer and artist based in Brooklyn, NY. She currently works as the Art Clearance Coordinator on the upcoming ABC Studios TV show The Family, and as a freelance scenic artist for The Public Theater. Notable production experience includes Production Designer for the short film Hide and Seek, Scenic Artist for The Public Theater's Hamilton, Art Department PA for HBO's Girls, and Construction PA for Showtime's Nurse Jackie. Her artwork has been shown in various galleries in NYC.

Cory Stevens - Editor

Cory is an editor, as well as producer, writer and director, residing in New York City. Originally from New Hampshire and a graduate of Keene State College, Cory has worked on a range of different projects, including features, shorts, web series and any random skit a buddy of his wants to shoot. Just out of college he directed a feature film, Mother's Day and most recently can be seen starring(!) in Jef Needs Ice Cream, a short created with some of his closest friends and collaborators (and fellow KSC grads).

Sarah Maiorino - costume designer

Sarah Maiorino began designing for theatre, finding her way into film and television via a stint touring the world with the Blue Man Group. She designed costumes for It Felt Like Love (Sundance 2013), about which Variety said "Spot-on costume and accessory design by Sarah Maiorino telegraphs reams of information about the characters while feeling completely natural." Other credits include The Saints Tour (NYC River to River Festival 2012) ; The Confines (LA Film Festival 2015) ; Desiree Akhavan’s Appropriate Behavior (Sundance 2014) ; My First Kiss and the People InvolvedBlack Mountain Songs (BAM’s 2014 Next Wave Festival); A Woman a Part ; ABC Live! with Kelly & Michael’s Annual Halloween Specials 2013- 2015; and commercial work for clients including Samsung, Comcast, Western Union, Hilton and Tiffany & Co. She is currently shooting the feature film Easy Living starring Caroline Dhavernas.


Paul Payabyab-Cruz is a musician native to Queens, New York. He learned music on the drums but has since changed mediums and now uses a QWERTY keyboard. He has replaced nine keyboards to date due to his inability to mentally separate the drums and his computer. In between that transition, Paul established himself as a conscious hip-hop MC. As 1/3 of the group Punskription, he promotes topics that range from internal struggles to societal madness. 

Growing up Paul listened to a wide range of music, but Paul hasn't listened to the The War On Drugs because it reminds him too much of Ronald Reagan. Paul does, however, thoroughly enjoy the Killer Mike song "Reagan."

Marianne abbott - Art director

Marianne Abbott is a Guatemalan filmmaker, writer and photographer. Marianne is a recent graduate of Brown University where she studied in the Department of Modern Culture and Media, graduating with honors, a Weston Award for excellence in filmmaking and a Kenneth Baker Memorial Prize for an outstanding thesis project. She is currently based in Brooklyn, NY.
